Since 2022, Teravista Dentistry has cared for Round Rock families from our home in the Teravista neighborhood. We’re a general and cosmetic dentistry office built around a simple idea: a dental visit should feel personal, unhurried, and honest — the way healthcare feels when the person treating you also happens to be your neighbor.

Teravista Dentistry is a small business, owned outright — 100% — by Dr. Omar Karim. That’s becoming rare in dentistry, and it changes everything about how an office feels.
When your dentist owns the practice, every decision — from the technology we invest in to how much time we set aside for your appointment — is made by the person actually caring for your smile. You’ll see the same dentist every visit. You’ll get recommendations based on what your teeth need, nothing more. And you’ll be treated like a neighbor, because you are one.

Why Dr. Karim opened Teravista Dentistry
Dr. Karim fell in love with Central Texas as a biochemistry student at The University of Texas. After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry, he spent years as an associate dentist in other offices — learning what he loved about the profession, and quietly taking notes on what he’d do differently when the practice was his.
In 2022, he came back to the area he calls home and opened Teravista Dentistry with two commitments: give every patient real time, and make the dental chair a judgment-free zone. Whether it’s been six months or six years since your last cleaning, you’ll be met with help — never a lecture.

We keep our team small on purpose. From your first phone call to checkout, you’re talking to people who know you — not a call center. Our assistants, hygienists, and front office share one goal: every appointment comfortable, every question answered, every patient leaving better than they arrived.
