🦷 Tiphaney Maglin – Registered Dental Hygienist 🦷
If you’ve been to Teravista Dentistry, chances are you’ve met Tiphaney—our longest-standing team member and a familiar face in our Round Rock dental office. With 18 years in dentistry, she brings warmth, experience, and a genuine passion for helping patients connect oral health with whole-body wellness.
Tiphaney’s journey into dentistry began with her own childhood experiences. After several dental procedures and “silver caps,” she remembers a hygienist who called them “princess teeth” and patiently taught her how to care for her smile. That moment stuck—and it’s the same kindness Tiphaney aims to pass on to every patient she sees today.
Originally from Oklahoma City, Tiphaney has called Georgetown home since childhood and loves reading, traveling, cooking, and kayaking. She also speaks Spanish and has a soft spot for her English Foxhound, Milo. Her favorite food? Tacos—any kind.
If she could have any superpower, it would be teleportation—because exploring the Mediterranean coast of Turkey in a snap sounds pretty great.
For nervous patients, Tiphaney says: “You always have autonomy in your appointment, and we’ll never do anything you’re uncomfortable with. Your comfort is our priority.”

McKenna Wiseman – Dental Assistant
McKenna has always found teeth fascinating and loves helping people—so dentistry was a natural fit. As a dental assistant at our Round Rock office, she’s excited to meet new patients and make sure they feel comfortable, heard, and cared for from start to finish. She especially enjoys oral health education and helping patients understand the “why” behind their treatment.
Originally from Houston, McKenna enjoys nature, painting and drawing, and putting together outfits in her free time. She has an all-black cat named Nixi (named after the Greek goddess of the night). If she weren’t in dentistry, she’d likely be working in mental health as a therapist—or in a creative role like fashion design.
If she could have any superpower, it would be manipulating probability—like increasing the chance of clouds on a sunny day.
For nervous patients, McKenna says: “We know dental visits can feel nerve-wracking. We’re here to keep it positive, explain what’s happening, and help you feel in control. You’re in great hands.”
Layla Moore Dental Assistant
Layla is a Registered Dental Assistant with three years of experience in dentistry. She’s passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while supporting the clinical team in delivering excellent care at Teravista Dentistry in Round Rock.
Layla is currently pursuing her dental hygiene degree at Temple College and enjoys building her skills through hands-on experience and continued learning. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with friends and family and expressing her creativity through crafts.
Rebeca – Dental Assistant
Rebeca is a dental assistant who is excited to continue growing her career in dentistry. She is currently working toward her dental hygiene degree at Austin Community College and enjoys learning new skills while working closely with our dental team in Round Rock to provide comfortable, high-quality care.
Rebeca’s friendly, calm presence helps patients feel at ease throughout their visit. Originally from Austin, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, going on walks, and hanging out with her cats.
