Dr. Karim earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin, one of the top public research universities in the nation. His undergraduate training in the biological sciences built a strong foundation in the chemistry, physiology, and critical thinking skills that would carry him through rigorous doctoral-level dental education.
He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, one of the oldest and most respected dental programs in the country.
