We offer same-day appointments. Our office staff will make every effort to accommodate your schedule when making an appointment.
Please give us 24-hours notice when changing appointments. This will enable us to schedule another patient in need of our services.
Please assist us during your initial visit to our office by providing the following:
- Recent x-rays (if applicable)
- A list of all medications you are currently taking
- Dental insurance card, if you have insurance
