Dr. Karim will first complete your exam and X-rays to determine the right type of cleaning or periodontal care for you. If a standard preventive cleaning is appropriate, we’ll discuss timing and scheduling. Your membership includes one cleaning or periodontal maintenance visit per year, scheduled based on your clinical needs.
If Dr. Karim determines that you need a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) instead of a standard cleaning, your 25% membership discount will apply to the deep cleaning. We’ll review the costs with you clearly before starting any treatment, so there are never surprises.
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare dental plans. However, our membership plan is specifically designed to make dental care affordable for patients without traditional coverage.
