What is an “implant restoration”?
A dental implant is the “foundation” (the part in the bone). The restoration is what attaches to it — typically:
- Implant crown (replacing one tooth)
- Implant bridge (replacing multiple teeth)
- Implant-supported denture (more stability than a traditional denture)
If your implant was placed by a specialist or another office, we can often still help with the restoration — we’ll evaluate the implant type, health of the gums, and bite forces first.
